If they were to fix it they need to fix it for both raids.
    No because 8 man raids have a lock out where you can't go back for loot 24 man raids you can do over and over again even if you get loot you just can't lot on something if you already got something for the week so there for the loot system in 24 man is fine despite the many dps drops there are also a garneted drop in a 8 man raid for a job there helps with progression on the next turn and also 8 man raids are harder than 24 man raids learn the difference.

    I think I got it. However you are almost stating the same thing (bolded)...I think. Both have a lockout, except that since you can keep going into (for sake of example) WoD, it should drop whatever, despite party make up, cos u know it's easy and you can run it over and over hoping that the chest the boss drops for a specific piece actually drops that piece and not something that no one in the party will use and just hits the floor. Coils on the other hand, should only drop items based on the party makeup, coz you can't go into them again for a week...and they are harder cos you can only run them once and it takes most groups like a day to do them. Right? I think that's what you were saying.

    Except wait. You can go into coils more than once. Yes, the chest goes down to only one and you can't lot on the loot if you already beat it so that kind of defeats the purpose of going in again. Just like WoD, only reasons to go in again after getting your weekly loot is to help friends or a chance at the rare crafting item or PoD.

    The loot system in W0D is not fine, especially when most if not all drops hit the floor. I know you like it just as much in coil as you do in Wod when a piece hits the ground.

    I guess a long story short is, BOTH can be ran again after getting loot. BOTH drop items that can help with progression. BOTH should have a loot pool based on party composition.
