I found two other possible sets.

Cheap set Extremely cheap melds. It's good if you need to make gils for a better set.

More Spd set
Compared to my set, you gain 25 Spd and 4 Crit for the price of 3 Int and 24 Det. The are almost worth the same if you base yourself from the spreadsheet Puro made. However, Spell Speed is not a good stat for AoE and you spend 3 minutes in a phase you AoE alot. I also don't know if your Scholar uses Selene all the time in T13 so I would stick with the augmented pants.
