PVP Res, and why it makes sense for healers to acquaint themselves with this ability

I actually wasted a PVP res on this dumbass in Twin Adder yesterday, because instead of accepting the raise he decided to return back to the landing base. And then it was on cooldown and couldn't use it on another party member. I asked them why they wasted my PVP res and they said they weren't sure what type of res it was and didn't want to risk having weakness.

Not that this will be a concern in the future. I've decided after this weekend I will never swap from DPS to healer for a pug team again because the types of players I've been running into these days don't deserve it.

In PUG groups, I started off using pots and foods and going tryhard on each frontlines match. Swapping to healer when ever I was needed, trying to teach people how to play it, etc. I gave up maybe 20 matches in from the sheer futility of it all. After that, it's just poe/light/achievement farm while I occasionally tab to whatever movie I was watching.
