Gold Saucer outfits, gender locked?

This thread is basically, "I don't like it so therefore no one else can have it, nor do I want to think of gender change if I want it."

Ideally neither outfit should be gender locked. That way male characters could be bunnies and female characters could be Setzer if they wanted.
