I don't care enough to maximum what my job can do. I play ninja how I want to play it. Same thing with the other classes.

Thinking like this is why parties have a hard time in Coil and EX Primals. Thinking like this is also what leads to aggravation from the rest of the party. If you're not pulling out a full rotation, not only are you making everything harder on the tank and healers, you're also making the other DPS have to push even harder.
