I would love to see a proper short hairstyle or pixie cut which, as of now, Midlander Female has none (the new one doesn't count because it looks atrocious) but I'm sure other races would benefit from them too.

For example, I would love this hairstyle to be available for all (now only Roe F, Miqote and Hyur males):



Even Highlander Hyur has a short option, though it's not as good IMHO:

Well... I was hoping for a unisex long ponytail. This kind of sucks for me but well at least it's nice for those that play female characters. Still hoping for more long hair options for male characters as well.

That Roe style looks awesome, that's what I was hoping the new unisex style was going to look like. Instead, it looks like a bad wig.
