How 'bout if you merged it into one queue? All 72-man matches turn into Secure with 24-man matches automatically Slaughter.
That's one way to cut division of the PvP community.

Great idea, I think almost everyone could get on board with this. 72-man Secure is good fun, but 24-man Secure is very boring (imo)...72-man Slaughter is not very fun, but 24-man Slaughter is amazing
Agreed... we're getting the exact opposite of the types of matches that would be fun and where success would be more dependent on strategy than how it works now.
Case in point, 24 man Secure mode. At first I thought it might be ok but then I realized after a few games that whereas 72 man Secure mode has an even distribution of parties at capture points, with a floating party for mid as well as reinforcing the capture parties should they get outnumbered, balancing things out. If Maelstrom send two parties against Adder's one party at Manors for example, the Adder's B team can respond accordingly. But in 24 man Secure, if one GC sends most of its party against another, that leaves the third party free to easily get 2/3 of the objectives while the other two GC's fight each other for the remainder.
