People are already greedy enough to get housing on their alts. I doubt they won't be greedy enough to EACH get a house they can share, too. :v
"I'm OK. This rock broke my fall."

I remain hopeful they will implement it, technically its already being done with FC housing. So I don't think it would be hard to implement. The question is when will they do it?

Mmm, yes, the person you Eternally bonded with should be allowed to share your house if you so wish it!

I guess I can only speak for myself then. As someone who has had the funds for a personal room and/or a personal house since they came out, I've elected to own neither. Instead I've held out for SE to add the Eternal Bonding system, with which I'd hoped my RL fiancée and I could share her personal house, so we could not only share in the decor and features, but also cut down on resource use, freeing up space for other couples or solo players.
...I'm still waiting.

Wish people would all take example on people like you, then. You're a true bro. :vI guess I can only speak for myself then. Pretty sure SE said they have plans to add this to the game, but that the housing team is currently working on Golden Saucer, so that no major changes to housing would occur until after it was released.

I just wanted to point out the main reason SE is avoiding this. This has to do with the amount of in game divorce problems they want to avoid. Say you and you're partner work together to collect gil to buy a house. you finally get one. You're both happy. But then conflict arises. Who gets the house? the drama, the hate, the mail spams SE would get from this is hard to deal with. They are avoiding it because of the conflicts and drama it brings.

Not if the original owner stays the one in control of the house, giving the invitee control but not as much control as the original owner. Much like a FC leader and their second-in-command.I just wanted to point out the main reason SE is avoiding this. This has to do with the amount of in game divorce problems they want to avoid. Ownership is the least dire and most easily solved problem from this suggestion. lol
