Jonathas NPC should be able to scan 1.0 achievements.

More than year support ignores peoples which lost their Title rewards from 1.0 achievements during 1.0 - 2.0 transfer. It's always same auto-reply like blah blah bla talk to Jonathas npc, looks like they don't even understand what i'm asking for. So why not just give Jonathas function to give rewards for 1.0 achievements ?

Here is my Missing 1.0 Titles list:

Sidestepper
the Sword of La Noscea

This is also missing Titles which i got in 1.0 but it's still obtainable in ARR:

Yeah, I'm kind of getting tired of waiting for this fix. We earned these titles, a bug has caused them to not be selectable, and while titles are an entirely aesthetic thing and I understand that it shouldn't be a super high priority fix, it's been almost a year and a half since ARR launched and I really wish I could use my "The Winter Wyrm" or "Crystal Bearer" titles.

PLEASE get this fixed by 3.0!

SE customer support really should improve quality. In wow for example gm can do this in-game.

I was just talking to some FC mates the other day about how upsetting it was that this has been a "bug" locking several of us out from using our titles. I worked hard to kill Dodore in 1.0 for the Notorious Monster Hunter Title, still haunts me to this day.

I made a bug report and the mod there told me to report my problem to an in game GM. But sadly, after contacting a GM I got the usual Copy/Paste answer with no fix. :/

it's entirely possible that...it's just not possible.
Remember you're kinda dealing with data that SE wants to phase out...they may simple not be able to access the logs for that anymore, as stupid as it sounds.

Of course they do, the achievement logs are still in the game for them and the lodestone achievements were also carried over to the new lodestone. They have everything they need to fix this, they just haven't.

I clearly have the achievement that proves I earned this title. I sent in another ticket, hopefully I get a GM who somewhat knows what he is talking about. :/
