checks and balances, we have the ability to teleport everywhere, but on its own, thats too much, you gotta add a counterbalance to it, and the cost to teleport is that balance

if you are against instant teleports all over the world why do you dualbox. You are exploiting the system for your personal gain which is cheating.

there is a huge difference

and im not against the teleports, just them being FREE every time(i know i abuse the dual box thing but i was fine on anima before i started doing it, but this allows me to be lazier)
