No, not entirely, your statement included the use of an epithet and differed in tone thanks to that. Your post implies that you think it's OK for players to demand that others conform to their expectations, such as demanding that healers DPS, or tanks pull the entire trash pack at once - effectively telling that other player how to play.
What it comes down to is, even if the 3 random people I end up with in DF want to speed run something, I will more than likely not do it because I don't enjoy it, and it's simply not something I am comfortable doing. You would say that means I am telling the others how they have to play, but that is not the case at all. I am simply saying I don't want to or can't play the way that they want me to, but I am more than happy to run within my comfort zone. If the other folks in a duty don't like that, then I'm sorry, it's really not my problem. That's not a lack of respect, that's not me telling them how they should play, it's simply me being brutally honest about what I will/will not do, and what I am/am not comfortable doing.
If you can't see that, then, again, I am sorry, but that is not my problem.
The problem with what you said is that everything you stated is relative to *your* judgement of what another player should/should not be doing. I'd have thought being that judgemental and voicing that judgement would be vastly more rude than being the player who isn't comfortable popping cleric stance and holying as you wish.

No, its facts.
It is an absolute fact that if you aren't at least trying at your job, you're being rude. If you were apologizing the entire time you were auto attacking because of a broken keyboard and trying to fix it? Ok
If you're passing up Clutch holy because you DONT know any better? Thats fine too, then someone teaches you, now it should be getting done.
It is one thing to make excuses for legitimate reasons, its another to make excuses to be utterly lazy, and that is why I regard it as incredibly rude. I don't go into instances expecting everyone else to pull my weight while I watch Ellen and eat Cheetos or something, and I expect very much the same of them.
No, that is YOUR opinion, it is not a fact at all. This is a game, some are better than others at it, and some will find time to dps as a healer, some will not. It is not factual to call a healer who does not dps 'rude', though it is harassment.
No matter how you wish to redefine it, you are demanding that a healer dps. Some will , some won't. Some like to, some don't. Holy is not damage mitigation it's a straight up offensive skill designed to damage opponents. I will not be surprised to see an outraged reply from you redefining things even more.Holy is a damage mitigation tool that happens to do considerable damage. Damage mitigation is part of the healer role (see: Stoneskin). You can get three casts of holy without worrying about your tank taking more than a little bit of damage, because the enemies will be stunned, and any damage that might get through is taken care of with Regen.
Neither are you. Sorry, but you seem to forget the purpose of duty finder. I will also say that you and several others here appear to me to be falling into the trap of believing that because you think that some part of the community defines speed running as the norm, that everyone must conform to that or they are somehow in the wrong. Not to put too fine a point on it, but this is a case of the tail wagging the dog. The game is not designed to be speed run, the dungeons are not designed to be speed run. Players who do not wish to, or do not feel comfortable speed running are in fact playing the game as intended. no matter how self righteous you wish to be about your community defined norm, speed running is not the norm. It's not a matter of you accommodating my play style, it's a matter of you playing the game in a way that was not originally intended, and requesting that others accommodate you. Sorry, but you're not special DWill.

Even if you refuse to pop Cleric Stance for it (which is just a waste not to, really), there is really no good reason to not be using Holy.
You want brutal honesty ? You being uncomfortable with doing speed runs is not my nor anyone else's problem and it doesn't entitle you for me or other to accomodate your playstyle. I do not yet have a tank but when DRK comes out I will have one, at that time there will be no speed runs unless EVERY single member of the group wants it, not if one person wants it and not if two people want it etc. Everyone must be in agreement. If no such agreement happens then no speed run, simple as that because no-one when joined the queue if for example in DF (unlike PF might) agreed to a speed run prior to joining so they should not be punished or picked on when never agreed to it beforehand.
The individual has same right as the others opposed to that individuals choice in my opinion so unless the entire group is in agreement then it won't be a speed run if I am tanking it. Mob rule and bullying will not be accepted in groups I tank for of which you can probably kick me using that mob rule but I will not betray my own principles in such situations and would rather be kicked forcing you to find another tank instead of being complicit in bullying another player who never agreed to speed run before entering the dungeon.
