    Yea well thats what I mean, I think something changed in the last patch since they were able to land it extremely often and now maybe 2-3 times a fight. I'm wondering if its a formula thing or maybe a damage thing like Isaaru was saying

    Not that i've noticed. Thats the point. I JUST fought the Great Buffalo and every hit inflicted the debuff.
