Way too many tears and self-entitlement in this thread...

If someone asks to be kicked because of this stupid penalty system, just kick them.
What on earth do you have to gain?

You seriously think that holding someone against their will will get 100% performance?

Everyone has different goals in this game: if a party is so bad, they got their 1 item for the entire week, or they just want out then let them go.

I have never seen such a 'force them to play no matter what' mentality in the 14 years i been playing MMOs as I see here.

Most of this is SE's fault for the way they designed the game. All the DPS checks, skill requirements, research needed for the coil fights, dance mechanics and the lockouts.

If SE is serious about keeping players for the entire run, they should step up the rewards. Lock coil drops like tower so you can get at least one item a week, have bonus poetic/sol if you enter tower when you already got your item, and make the rewards in the dungeons scale up as it takes longer.

Also it would be really nice if the relic weapon series would stop forcing people who beat the content to play with those who haven't. I really hate how i am working on some Ilvl 100+ weapon with the healer that has a leaf next to their name...
