[request] increase Alexandrite fate drop rate

I got about 10-20 in a day and I have not touched any F.A.T.E. at all.

1. F.A.T.E. Drops
2. Hunt for Allied Seal (200 per Alexandrite)
3. Hunt and Dungeon for Allagan Tomstones of Soldiery (400 per 1x Mysterious Map = 1x Alexandrite)
4. Daily Expert Roulette dungeon (1x Mysterious Map = 1x Alexandrite)

Maybe stop sticking to F.A.T.E. only?

Right now I have total over 100-110 Alexandrites (I lost count due I have been capping Soldiery every 3-4 hours and need to keep flushing those Soldiery)
