Quick question - would a penta-melded Ebony Staff beat out a Diamond Rod? I know the Diamond rod is considered pretty awful, and I'd like a happy medium between that and the augmented ironworks/dreadwrym that isn't starting a new relic.

Short answer: yes, as long as you're accuracy capped.

I've actually been toying around the idea of trying to Penta-Meld the Ebony Staff. But granted this is coming from a person who has yet to even run T9 and doesn't really intend to work on my relic quest.

Think you'd be better off farming Shiva Ex if thats possible to be honest.

Weapon damage does make a big difference.

Anybody have a general idea of the average DPS in each Final Coil turns for BLMs? I can average out 500-530 DPS on T10, but that drops swiftly in T11. Averaging 445, which isn't sensible to me lol. Want to know the averages just to compare.

T11 with commentary BLM PoV

I feel it's not a good video so I might make a new one. but I did 533 which should have been higher but I missed 2 second mana ticks rotation and my ninja got hardware issue. Add the major lag we got this week, it was terrible. I didn't get a good T12 or T13. T13 was Eos full time because of it.

I hope it helps because I believe 98% of BLM issues in T11 is mobility.

It depends a bit for me. For some reason our SCH switches from Selene to EoS the whole last phase and my DPS drops from around 510-520 (at start of last phase) to 480ish. Well, that was last week, though. I have three tethers and yeah, had to move quite a bit unfortunately. A big factor for me is being a bit nervous on that phase and moving too much because of it. Once you take a chill pill and be rational, you can get 500.

This is true. I don't know why your Scholar switches to Eos. The WHM should easily be able to heal the extra damage from the last mechanic. Maybe he's not comfortable enough. Lag made it so our Scholar had to use Eos full time on T13 this week and that's easily 40 DPS in the trash can for me ;;

There really isn't any reason now since we have been clearing T13 for 6 weeks now. Next week she'll keep using Selene!

Any idea what Potent Poisoning Pots and Melee hits actually add to your DPS?

Always interesting to see other peoples hotbars, though usually have no idea how they can find anything! But mine must look a total mess to anyone else looking xD
