Tired of dungeons yet?

I'd like to point out that neither the OP nor the following two posters or eustass jumping on his bandwagon have completed the 45 dungeon, at least under their selected profiles that is. If your so fickle that you can't complete something before forming an opinion then maybe your opinion is not worth sharing.

That said, I love the dungeons. You have different treasures depending on how you want to play it. I have played one or the other almost every night since the release.

I see people running R25 dungeon and actually about to start a group to being running it for leveling up and getting gear. You have to think that most players that have came back already or never quit in the first place have several 50's and getting fully geared in the new 50 dungeon has priority over their lower classes. Also the 25 dungeon is suited for newer players and I have seen some there just isn't as many as we need. With the launch of the PS3 version that is when we will see our lower ranked dungeons being fully utilized.

Am I personally tired of the dungeons yet? Nope, even though we are killing Batraal on several occasions now (sometimes with 7 people) there is still a lot of gear to be had. Sure I would like to see some more dungeons come out asap but I still have plenty left to accomplish in this current 2 dungeons we have. I really wish they would make it where you could go into the lower man dungeons with 1-2 people instead of requiring 4 but it is what it is.

I think SE sort of shot themselves in the foot when they let you enter the dungeon multiple times in the same time-frame. Hell even two or 3 times a day would be better than just mashing your face against it until you solve the puzzle.

This is one reason why people complained about the dungeons becuase it was instant gratification with no long lasting rewards "Aside the gear". It's not like people spent a week or two formulating strategies to perfect runs, they just ran the dungeon 18 times to see what stuck.

Tired of the dungeon, seriously? I really doubt those people who said this. Sure, beating batraal is not a tough job but how many people actually manage to clear the dungeon by the 25 mins mark to locate the missing chest for the sword and the bow. Try to get a 100% on the 25 mins time constraint and maybe i'll agree with you. It's easier to be said than done

Even if i had, the dungeon wouldn't become better all of a sudden. My post is just about pointing out things that that next dungeon designs could use in order to deliver a better product.

I am happy for you, I wish i could just settle for unfinished / unpolished / underachieving goods like you, but i cant. Specially seen MMOs coming a dime a dozen now a days, which are WAY better at their BETA stages, than this one after almost 1 year of been out.

But i get you, some people can just get by with what ever they get throw at... Last producer tough that he could get everyone exited by just throwing anything to the fan-boys and make them happy, like yourself and look where it took him... WELCOME YOSHI-P.

You state your perception as fact. Lots of players work 9-5 and weekend warriors, whatever part of the world they are in. I think it's great we can come home from work and aren't penalized for not being able to play 3 times a day six hours apart or whatever conceived notion of a fair reset timer you have in your noodle. I'm understanding that some people have had bad experiences with the raids and I understand your frustration, but to complain about the ease of access to game content that we have been patient to partake in is, well, pretty backwards. I don't want SE reading posts like yours and considering your suggestion.

Should I also "advertise" for you how Korean TERA servers merge 1/2 of theirs, Dev Director resign and English release getting pushed back because said problems?

Ah, the good old casual vs hardcore deal. I knew it had to come up eventually, thanks Destain.
I sure hope Square-Enix chooses which they are going to try to cater the most to because you can't adequately please both crowds.
I barely play so catering toward casuals would be cool but 1.18 doesn't make me think that's the way they are leaning.
