Even thought I think the female miq'ote of FFXIV are extremely overrated, I think that males playing females, or females playing males, is none of your business. If it isn't going to actively affect you in any way, then what harm is it? A lot of people like to play the opposite sex in MMO's or video games because they want a different perspective on things. I'm a male in real life, and yet I love playing as females. Before you say "That's gay..." well, I am gay, but I also know a lot of males that are straight who also like to play female characters. Some like it for aesthetic purposes whilst others like it for sexual reasons (staring at a female all day whilst they play, etc.)

I feel good, I have gay friends and I have nothing against! but it is my opinion! and do not usually wrong! I simply commented and many should accept the fact that they are gay! out of the closet! ^^

The reality is what you think means jack squat 90% of the gay men i have met play as male cats does that make you gay then or in the closest? NO! of course not the same applys to men playing female characters it doesn't make them gay or wish they were a woman

The days when it may have been common for guys to play guys and for girls to play girls are long gone, if they ever really existed in the first place. If you want to know someone's real life gender, ask them - if they don't want to tell, you have three options;

1.) Assume their gender suits your preference and hit on them.
2.) Assume their gender doesn't suit your preference and don't hit on them.
3.) Realize they are in fact doge. So confuse. Much woof. Wow.
