    I had this a while ago. I usually find that replying to the latest reply with a thank you to the GM works.

    That "Thank you" reply worked, but still its more work, I hope they fix it soon!


    ... the GM replied back, so back to blinking support icon :P

    I'd love to give this a try, but I'm unable to reply - the reply button is permanently greyed out for me.

    And as for the suggestion to relog, it doesn't fix this issue. I was fighting this bug all last night and after it went away I would try relogging and it would pop back up again, and same thing again this morning. I can close the ticket and make it go away for awhile but it always keeps popping back up. Super annoying.
