Duty Finder lets me wait 1 hour for nothing

I got 30 minutes "For abandoning a duty still in progress" for no reason at all(i wasn't even in a dungeon).
And now i got another 30 minutes because i misclicked the wrong dungeon and the DF instantly popped, i pressed Withdraw as i had the wrong dungeon, and got ANOTHER 30 minutes...

Why the flying fuck this game stops me from doing dungeon for no reason at all?

Is it possible that you had withdrawn from a duty three times today? Because that will lead to a penalty like that - after each other withdra you'll get that penalty again. I'm sorry if I'm wrong but you seem to be pretty loosy with hitting "withdraw" - and thats freaking annoying for the 3 other people who waited for there dungeon-run! (you'll also get that penalty fi you're in a not-full-premade group and someone else hits withdraw)

You get 3 strikes a day, after the 3rd withdrawl from a queue pop, you get 30 mins penalty for each withdraw now and thereafter for the day

This was implemented because of 30515151626 withdrawls from people deciding to withdraw

Just stop clicking withdraw so much then.

Read before clicking! Also this was implemented to stop people trying to only que for stuff in progress and withdrawing if it wasn't. Back in CT this would take like 20 pops to actually enter the instance due to withdraws for trying to get 24 people in at once.

As othwrs stated, stop withdrawing so much and you won't be penalized. You can only have so many excuses why you had to withdraw multiple times.

Also, in the bottom window of your DF, it shows you your selected duties. If it ain't right, don't click the button. I made the mistake of leaving WoD checked after completing and getting my weekly drop when I was finishing the story and was going for a ??? Duty. Duty popped, I saw it was WoD and was like, fuuuuuu........k! My dumb mistake, so I suffered through it. Finished the duty I didn't want, then adjusted my DF accordingly.

I always check now to make sure I have the correct shiz selected. So should we all.

I think you can safely withdraw as long as the party has not been made yet, I've withdrawn a lot and have not been penlized for withdrawing. So I think it's safe to say it only takes effect after the parties have been made.

Yeah... ran ST after forgetting to pick up the quest in MD. It blows, but it was my responsibility. Suck it up. So tired of seeing "player withdrawn" every 14/15 DPS. And yeah... it's getting bad again for some reason - even with the penalties.
