When you pull the first set of trash mobs in Stone Vigil and wipe because the SMN who queued as a SCH for faster queues says "I'm not a healing machine" without having cast a single Physick. Then proceed to wipe again because they "don't play this job". Meanwhile, one of the DPS has queued as THM, and don't have their soul crystal to be a BLM because they never leveled any other jobs to 15, let alone the one class they needed to get their advanced job...
