Hm really odd, I checked the results the day they came out and I'm sure my name was not on there, checking the link it looks like I have now so I don't know if it changed? I think having only 10 people not win is very harsh and they should think again about redistributing the extra sets

They should choose winners proportional to entries. Having *just* over 100 entries and then picking almost all of them as winners is unfair for other regions with more entries, as we had a much higher chance of winning regardless of the quality of our entries. There was a completely different standard applied, and it also makes non-winners feel rather crappy. The fact they chose not to do 100 but to also not do it proportionally makes me wonder why they stopped at 96 and couldn't pick just one more... And another 3 on top of that. Were ours really that bad?

It's Tuesday, I guess we will not get official attention.

Community team, please offer the Bluebird Earrings again on Valentione Event Screenshot Contest, and please not choose winners from the previous 2 contests again.
But please, don't offer something else.

    Really, were they that bad?

I just saw yours, and imo it's better than alot of winners, but still, even if the team decided that it wasn't that good, it's NOT bad enough for it to not be included in a list of winners that ended up to be just 96.
4 short of the advertised 100....

Will this issue really get ignored?

The NA contest had similar results of consecutive winners picked for both. What's more bullshit is the fact that while my entry didn't get picked for Starlight, one of the consecutive winners used almost the same exact picture and quote but won Heavensturn as well. Additionally, some of the winners received poor to no votes from the OF, while others were highly liked. It's massively unfair to pick a large margin of the same winners for two contests yielding the same prize that you can only have one of. If they win one, they're entry for the other should be invalidated.

I'm with you. Unfair, disappointment, emptiness. It was close to a dealbreaker (for me) by itself, but what strikes me as most weird, is the fact the management team has ignored this massive ethical (even legal?) issue affecting and hurting us collectors.

Uh oh, I think we have a situation here.

You didn't win, so try again next time. Don't whine about it on the forum to try and get the pity prize.

The prize of a contest should never be a consideration when determining who wins. You win on your own merits. Not because you were one of the ones who didn't already have the prize. You either won or you didn't.

It doesn't make sense for people who already have the prize from winning a contest to vaporize the prize of another contest by entering and winning again. People who already have the prize a contest offers should be allowed to participate for fun, but shouldn't be winning/losing.

If this isn't changed, it makes everyone who participates in a contest, the prize for which they already own, a bad person for intentionally screwing a random person out of their prize if they win, rather than allowing previous winners to participate for fun without having a negative effect on anyone.
