Could I get the vet rewards this way?

could I just buy game time cards and add them to my mog station account until I hit the desired vet reward I wanted? Or does it max/ cap out. And if I were to add the game time to my account would I still have to wait until it ran out to get my rewards?

Yes, you can unlock VET rewards with the time cards... but you can't enter a large amount of them as the Game Time Cards max out at 180 Day subscription.

If I may ask, where do you get yours from? EB Games and Dick Smith Electronics in Australia haven't stocked them since March last year, stating that their supplier was told that the cards are no longer available.

I've seen the cards at my Local WalMart in the Midwest here in the US. Seen them last month when I was looking for an amiibo.

I'm almost 100% positive you can. When you have the game on auto-pay, it adds all 30 days at once, with your purchase. When you do multiple months at once, I believe it does the same thing, it just adds all the days on to your 'total days subscribed'. I wouldn't imagine there being a cap to it, since they're not going to turn down your money if you want to pay them for however many months/years at once.

I personally think it was pretty smart of them to do this. There's going to be a lot of people who either just got into the game, or really want the glamour (or both), and they'll willingly pay anywhere from 10-20 months of sub fees, regardless of their intents on playing, to get it.

Edit: If you're doing it through Time Cards, you might be boned, if that other person is right. I wouldn't think this barrier exists through other means of payment.

I bought mine from here when I was hit with 402 error

It's a total pain to go through the verification but you only have to do that once (as a new customer) and after the verification I got the card code pretty damn quick.

180 days ahead of the actual amount of days you've played is the cap for pre-paying for days. No way around it. You can set up an auto-renewal for up to 180 days at a time and/or you can use the Game Time Cards to add 60 days at a time, but if you have more than 120 days left on the account (because 120+ days plus 60 days is more than 180), it won't let you use the card. I know this pattern all too well, since I always use Game Time Cards (can just buy em digitally now on Amazon.com) to bump my days to get the vet minions/mounts earlier. I'm sitting at 133 days and no way to get my darling little Nanamo for another two weeks because I have too many days left for another Game Time Card at the moment.

So they actually WILL turn your money down! Maybe it's to protect against potential fraudulent activities. Still strange though. I thought most subscription services allowed payments in one month, three months, six months, and twelve month varieties.

I hope they lift the limit at some point. I'd happily pre-pay for more than 180 days in advance to get the veteran rewards sooner (Nanamo!), but apparently there's a limit to how much of my money Square wants me to give them.
