What role do you think the grand company leaders will have in the new expansion?

Depending of what will happen in 2.5 Part 2.

From the looks of things hinted for in Part 2 Main Scenario in 2.5 trailer, Teledji may win and imprison them for his control over Ul'dah and future plans to take over all of Eorzea. He may even obtain Omega Weapon in 2.5 Part 2 or sometime in 3.0. While the Warrior of Light escape with his or her life with everyone's fate remain unknown until 3.0 Main Scenario.

Also, Hoary Boulder and his friend Coultenet may die during 2.5 Part 2 Main Scenario defending F'lhaminn from Teledji's goons. If so I hope they do in a memorable way since they've been my favorite side-characters throughout 2.X era.

Don't worry about Hoary Boulder, we pummeled him so hard that any future attacks against him will feel like a light breeze.

Also, Hoary Boulder and his friend Coultenet may die during 2.5 Part 2 Main Scenario defending F'lhaminn from Teledji's goons. If so I hope they do in a memorable way since they've been my favorite side-characters throughout 2.X era.

If those two die, I'll be more effected than when the other person died in 2.51. I really like Coultenet and Hoary Boulder, despite them not playing a major role - it has been interested talking to them between main scenario quests.

I am hoping that maybe Yugiri comes to the rescue. ;D

Ya I don't want them to die but too many foreshadowing between 2.5 Main Scenario and 2.5 Trailer points to it as a possible outcome in 2.5 Part 2 Main Scenario.

However, if those two die I want them to die in a memorable way where people will never forget these great side-characters that have been with us since 2.0 even when most people did not bother to notice them until 2.2 Main Scenario.
