New player, First time posing. Chances of getting a house any time soon? (Faerie)

I played back when the game came out for around 2 weeks, then had to quit for various reasons, but now that i am back into the game, i was wondering the chances of getting a house.... I noticed they have quite high price tags, 11mil, which is incredibly high compared to what it was... Is the space also limited? When you only have around 100k Gil at the current time, it makes you feel like the price is just way out of range....

I suppose you are talking about a personal house? If yes, it would sure be really expensive to buy for you alone.
It is way easier to buy a house (even medium) with your FC
Even if you really want a "personal" place to customise, you can always buy a room in your FC house for 300 000 gils (which is not that expensive compared to houses).

Buying a personal house is... well, too expensive for a new player... and yes space is limited, all small houses plots are certainly sold in your server.

Question, what is the difference to this and a normal house? The FC i'm in is quite new, only around 30 members and probably 3 or 4 weeks old at the moment..

Your FC will first need to buy a FC house and then after each FC members will be able to buy a personal room in this house for 300 000 gils.
Differences are that you won't have a personal garden in your room (nor chocobo stable but you will have this in your FC house) and that your FC members and friends won't be able to interact with your stuff (crafting tables for example).
