    Can this be made an option though? I turn pet bar off and on my Ps4 can't access my mount abilities and have been enjoying the access since this 'bug'.

    I agree! I totally enjoy actually being able to use my mount "attacks" without the pet bar being on. I always dismount with L3. I never even considered that this was a "bug"...I thought it was a nice QoL change.
