*I've been made aware that there is another topic about this with a more general focus, however I'm not asking for a general look at different concept ideas, I'm looking for the concept for the redesign of Eorzea.

As said here in a Famitsu interview:

Since it seems the draft for the new design is done, so now they just have to finish the concept design and then create the areas! This will obviously be taking a while, but I'm curious what the new plan/concept design looks like.

Do you you think you could show us, SE? At least when it's not just a draft and is an actual design concept.

The gamer side of me is eager to see what they have in mind.

The game design enthusiast side of me geeks out over "behind-the-scenes" kinda stuff .

I kinda have a feeling SE is going to give us a glimpse, once they have something they're confident closely resembles what we can expect to see in the finished product.
