Yes I logged in at work just to correct you. No I don't have anything better to do.

Since Machinist will be released in Heavensward, maybe it could become the gunblade DPS job's secondary skill-set since it revolves around using a gun.

At least i'm keeping the thread alive just in case others might be interested in the topic. Also, i only bumped twice and they were 1 day apart. lol, but okay that's fine.
That's the whole point isn't it? But if everyone just ignores the rules and bumps daily, the forums would be filled with topics that read "bump" or some other worthless information.
If your post isn't getting any responses then it's most likely not something the playerbase is much interested in. I think there are way more "classic" jobs that people want in such as Dancer and Red Mage, over yet another brand new job to the series anyway.
Would I like a gunblade job? yes. But if that Red Mage gets in, that gunblade job is meaningless to me. I have a feeling that most players feel the same way about their favorite jobs.
This is my final post on the subject. Good luck with it!![]()
No... what we NEED
Is a larger variety of tank classes. We have PLENTY of DPS.

Since Red Mage isn't brand new at all, and a Gunblade job would be considering there has never been a Gunblade job before. I think having new jobs should happen, and not rehash over the same exact jobs we've played before over and over. More new innovative ideas that are FF based, and not only that, a sword-wielding DPS job is needed anyways since many want to use a sword as a DPS instead of being a Tank.

Yes please and thank you. Especially seeing it used in the cinematic; I want! Would work great for a dps.
