Golden saucer games

So other then the games that they showed in the video you think there will be more then what they showed? I know they said they would add more to it with future patches but what mini game do you think they will have at the launch of Golden saucer, and what games you think they might add or would like to see them add?

Not sure if it will already be there or not, but as an extension to Triple Triad, I'd love for them to have a part of the saucer for holding Triple Triad tournaments, whether it be something Square-Enix sanctioned, or player hosted tournaments.

An idea for a player hosted tournament could be where the host can set conditions, such as number of participants (must be an even number, because it is a 1v1 game after all how many losses it would take to be eliminated, and ultimately, a host can give his/her items away from their inventory (ones that are tradable anyways) as the top prize, and perhaps a 2nd, 3rd place prizes if they so choose (good example would be a player could put some rare crafting mats/crystals/crafted items, etc as the prize)

As for Square-Enix hosted tournaments, things could get interesting I hope that Triple Triad becomes very popular and this becomes reality!

As for other games, while it might not be confined to Gold Saucer, I hope they later on put in "Chocobo Hot and Cold" JUST like in FFIX. I really liked that.

Not necessarily, lets say there are 9 participants then you can make 3 Groups with 3 Player each and let them fight each other. So if Player one wins both battles, Player two wins against Player three and Player three losses everything that would mean Player one goes into the next Group (three People, one of each Group with the highest win /lose Ratio) and battle for first place in the same way.

maybe even two further three Player Groups for the other Players (just to get an Overall ranking or maybe even some (much lower) Prices like a few gil or golden saucer Points).

Then only Thing that would be needed would be something to do with draws (everyone winning once and osing once) for these cases there would be another way to evaluate how much your win/lose Counts (depending on the way how good you played, i don't remember the rules well enough to say how that could be done right now).
