Yes, SE sure seems to take its time sometimes.
I've reported the same ones a couple of times now, but they are still there.

Multiboxxing does not automatically mean they are RMT.
If they do not get banned in a reasonable amount of time after you report them, it is because SE could not prove they are RMT.

Multi-boxing may not be a RMT exclusive action, but it is still highly unfair to other players. Just by running leves that player is multiplying the gil rewards. If he is using automation software to do crafting or gathering he is once again, multiplying the feasible income.
Multi-boxers may not be trying to sell gil, but they will still be a negative impact on the community because of how easily they will acquire materials and cash with only a fraction of the effort.
Besides which, allowing them to do this and use the 3rd party apps needed to help them play the game with 7 other accounts just gives RMT more leeway to the same and claim "I'm not RMT, I'm multiboxing so you can't ban me".
Multi-boxing should not be allowed in a game like FFXIV.
I do not think you know what the word unfair means or perhaps you are using the word unfair in a way I do not understand.
Unfair means other players are locked out, or not given the same opportunity = IE : to be biased (Johnny is allowed to multibox but Sarah is not allowed to multibox - therefore it is unfair for Sarah if Johnny multiboxxes)
Since all players are given the same opportunity to multibox in FFXIV, there is nothing unfair (biased) about multiboxxing being allowed in FFXIV.

If Sarah doesn't have multiple computers and Johnny has, then Johnny has an unfair advantage over Sarah.I do not think you know what the word unfair means or perhaps you are using the word unfair in a way I do not understand.

So?
Sarah still has the opportunity to buy mulitple computers and use them if she wishes, just like Johnny does.
If SE said Sarah could not use multiple computers but Johnny could, that would be unfair to Sarah.
Apparently OJ and RMT's have something in common.
