WoD Loot Needs Fixing

15 runs last week, 15x 4 drops = 60 Items dropped. Out of 60 items, there dropped 3-4 Tank items. The legs twice, the head once and i think the belt once.
I too, missed to get any usefull loot.

First run this week - 1 and a half hour wiping through the bosses. As always, Nin, Monk, Drg, Nin Loot.
Im done with WoD.

Ninja/Monk here, 20% chance of getting atleast one of my weapons. At this rate, won't have an i135 weapon until zodiacs become i135.

Having to do sevetal dozens of runs for a single piece of loot is not okay whilst someone can get theirs in a single run. Sure, some RNG is good, but at this point it's not even funny.

It's not all about CATERING, it's about having a solid chance and an alternative that doesn't rely on the whims of RNGesus. That's why there should be a dungeon token system as well; enough completions of the said instance, and you could just buy your gear if it doesn't drop. It gives a person a solid road to actually WORKING towards it.

Fyi I'm not even farming for the top, not crying for not having it, simply making a point. This game's loot system is mostly garbage as it relies heavily on RNG.

How does this game's loot system 'rely heavily on RNG', and what would it mean if it didn't? Are you suggesting that there should be static drops instead of a loot pool? Ok, well they've already done that to help people out with poetics upgrade items. I really don't see them adding another quest just like that that would allow you to choose whichever piece of equipment you want. For starters they want people to continue playing WoD. The quest gives a lot of incentive for a single clear (of each of the 3 instances) and loot from WoD is meant to give incentive to clear a few times weekly.

Let me explain how an MMO works. To keep people playing you need content to be repeatable or players will soon get bored and leave the game to play the next new MMO. It's subscriber based so they need to keep people subscribing and keep them interested by giving them things to do. There is gear out there which has a token system that you can farm and choose which piece you want. But no you want the WoD piece which you have to be patient for. I've been in plenty of raid statics in games trying to drop loot i want. We had a system where it is distributed fairly so at time i had to wait my turn when things dropped because somebody else with the class i had had a turn to loot new gear. I didn't care because it was a group effort and in that effort everyone is allowed to eventually get loot and get better stats and so on. RNG can be cruel but it's fair. Everyone has a random chance for loot. I mean how dare they keep you running content so you won't have nothing to do after a day lol.

I got the tank chest after 4 runs. Its random that brings anticipatation for the drop and happiness when you get it. Keep it the same. Also i agree with the earlier comment on the last day before reset just roll on something. You wont have to wait long. Hope u get ya drop tho
