Start with the i90 stuff. There's no reason to get i70 unless you want to min max hardcore (in fronline) or vanity.

Whenever I play paladin in PvP i like to try and balance support and aggression i.e. stoneskin on healers when they need it / stuns for peel / cover balanced with full retard dps fight or flight styel
