    If they're like the other Wootz/Ebony weapons, it should probably be glowing steadily. The PLD sword also has this seizure like effect going on, as if someone needs to replace the batteries.

    Easy mode:

    Go to market board, search "wootz" and try on then engage with each weapon. When you get to the bhuj, either grab your rave goggles or call your hospital.
