What is ZIV in term of number?? And about who mark the mobs, anyone in the pt can do it, not necessarily has to be the tank.

if you have maxed out relic and full poetic, you'd have to be terrible to lose hateAs a warrior main since 2.0, with Ragnarok and ~i120, I can tank groups of trash (AE = Overpower, etc) and not lose agro even when DPS wants to go hard on a single target. To get agro, a DPS would have to pop multiple cooldowns and hit 1 target hard as possible while I'm AEing. However, if I'm AEing, highest DPS for them is to AE as well -- and that has no chance of getting agro unless I screwed up somehow. Single target, pretty much same thing: no chance unless I screwed up. I assume it is same for PLD, but my experience is limited.
So as you can see, "should follow marks", "watch agro", etc... At some point that's just unnecessary. And sadly, a lot of time is spent in this game in minimally challenging scenario -- might as well faceroll that stuff.
let's see you have any where as easy a time at i90
Used your macro in Copperbell last night with great success. Mind you I am a low level Marauder still, but the macro made marking so easy I was laughing. Thanks for the advice!
Going to answer everyone in this post but only quoting for the first reply
Yes, that is exactly what I meant by BLM being a problem... When they hit the target at exactly the moment I flashed, before I hve a chance to establish aggro. Also, I've played with BLM who have been very considerate and if they draw aggro I can see them wait two seconds on the next mob or use quelling.... to me that the reasons why MNK and DRG... because they don't have the same strong ranged attacks as the other jobs, so they're not launching those to start off before closing in. Instead, they're coming in a second or so behind, and most tanks already have their aggro established by the time they arrive. An impatient member of a job with a strong ranged attack to start, though, can mess things up in a hurry.
But there is a minority of DPS who I swear are actively trying to see how much aggro they can get. They facepull, they hit mobs before or at the exact time I flash, and they consistently attack an add I'm not targeting in groups of 3 or more. Whether or not the last point can be controlled is irrelevant, it is still irritating and poor skill on the DPS's part.

There's a bit of "tudes" going round, let's keep the convo civil. If you take 5 seconds to see my stats I'm a lol 40 PLD... So, I clearly do not have access to poetics, relics (or even shield oath at the time of writing the initial post).
Some helpful comments for sure, but if you actually read what was written instead of being emotional you'd see that what I'm talking about cannot be controlled for with "exceptional tnk skills bra!"
It's just lousy, un-cooperative DPS, sry. And, it ain't really even a problem for me, it's just a nuisance. I feel bad for the healers in these parties tbh. But my main point is that... Tanking is more difficult than it looks and I have more respect than I had been giving to tanks before I started tanking. I can understand why tanks would sometimes be a little touchy having to constantly deal with DPS as mentioned.
-I'm acutely aware of health bars, did you not see where I wrote I main WHM, and I'm good at it?
Sheesh, c'mon do people read?
Criticism is good, but are you just searching for something to be critical about?
Makes no sense with what I wrote.
Lastly, I do have many macro's to speak as a tank, because I'm leading the party and I also feel I should set the tone, so I have an aggro macro, "bad DPS"
I do mark, but it is a fck'g pita with the ps4 and impatient DPS who just want to Go, go, go!
I'll try your macro for marking, I think marking is definitely helpful. Thnx.
Good points, some "tudes" but basically good. Thnx.

Shouldn't be having too much problems since they buffed Flash and gave CoS more enmity output.
Glad you like it. All credit to Zireael Stargaze who wrote it in this reddit thread
That moment when you're a "good tank" but have not cleared scob, doesn't have either tank less job 1 acheives. As a good tank your post just screams bad tanking, sorry, there's no other way to put it. You can't notice a mob's hp is dropping faster than whatever you decided to attack first, and switch to ensure hate is kept on it? OK.
This is the reason marking is such a useless thing; a good tank can hold hate on all mobs without it, and when cycling thru mobs, pay extra attention to whatever's in most need of additional threat generated.
Really wished lodestone showed your tank gear set, all got to see what a crafter :/
