    Kind of but not exactly... you would still have to join with your grand company... but it would show you how many are qued and waiting for that match so you can pick which one you want to join. It would make things balance out. They could also remove the restriction from switching grand companys. That way anyone can switch anytime BUT the ones that want to stay loyal can stay loyal if they want to.
