Monk PvP Actions & Traits

Hi, recently I came back to the game, I have a monk guataria lvl50 and I do pvp, the problem is that I am very lost.

With the theme of Actions & Traits which are not the best for a monk, I searched for pages and forums and not econtrado anything.

Have someone can tell me how it goes or spend some guidance or something.

There's not really a best, it depends on what you feel comfortable with. I think the default is fine.
