It dropped once for me over 20 runs. I rolled 80... the other 2 bards rolled 96 and 99... FML.

On the same note, the same night I did coil and rolled Carbontwine on T13, I rolled 95 and my WAR rolled 99.

Add in food and it's even better. I know it's not full BiS, but it's close enough. I will at least get a crafted accessory or two. Definitely need one to replace the i120 poetics ring. But I am not rich enough to min max a Kirimu coat. Otherwise that would likely still be preferred over this WoD coat.

If you don't mind running an eventual 532 accuracy (which I think it is fine for BRDs to be a few points under), modify the hands and belt to the other one:

Figured I'd save myself the pain and just hope for the dreadwyrm to drop. It did, I know I wan't have as good crit and I got skill speed, but no money spent or painful WoD.
