even if you changed the OP's wording for the votes, the average person will vote for #1 because the wording and inclination of the statement is positive. Option number 2 just asks if you want to be limited without giving out any details of what mastring a specific DoH would bring.

ok i understand that it might not be true. its says RIGHT IN THE OP that we do not know what will happen or what we are limiting. HOWEVER can we please put that aside for a second and answer the OP.

If they limit crafts to Rank/level/master WHATEVER will you care.

What you "claim" to be fact is pure speculation, just because its appears in a DIFFERENT GAME DOESN'T MEAN IT WILL BE THE SAME IN THIS GAME (IE, FINAL FANTASY XI DOES NOT EQUAL FINAL FANTASY XIV), the "limiting" factor will be different, the end, period there is no more arguing this point as being fact, because it is not!

Mastering one class does NOT mean that only one of your classes can go beyond rank50, where the hell did you hear that from, huh? No fucking where that's where, its speculation. My god if the two of you could be anymore shallow you'd be dry as a desert. Like already mentioned

MASTERING COULD ALL WELL MEAN THAT YOU GET ACCESS TO A SPECIAL LIST OF MASTER RECIPES THAT ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON YOUR CURRENT RANK (For example: MASTER RECIPES COULD RANGE FROM RANK30-50; And WHAT these recipes are are the minds imagination. I believe they will be recipes for things that are much bigger that just armor, weapons, and ANYTHING WE CAN MAKE TODAY; open your minds a little bit, think outside the box; I know it probably hurts to do this since you aren't used to it, but think more along the lines of making Airships, Guildhalls, Housing, buildings, etc) I say this BECAUSE (yes its spelled with an 'au' not 'ou') this is the only way to make those kinds of items more rare, if not, people will be selling Airship keys like hotcakes, and I'm sure SE wants to make it a little more exciting to obtain your first airship after working hard for it than getting a lame lackluster piece of gear.
