yes you are because they aren't limiting crafts. SOME GUY read SOMEWHERE that he THINKS the devs are THINKING about MAYBE doing something along the lines of something that SOUNDED LIKE a restriction, but that it was LOW PRIORITY and there are NO DEFINITE PLANS. i.e. SE isn't limiting crafts. l2read.
