    I thought you could buy them using GC seals?
    Almost makes sense that they buffed only 1 set of Ixal dailies.
    So we should do the Deliverance quest, 2 from <> the Steady, and 3 from <> the Second, for 1 moonstone and 8 oaknots to get 1 sealant per day.

    Oh, forgot about that. It's 4000 seals per moonstone, that's some serious seal grind, if you want to get the tools quickly.
