Only thing is just the Kirin Mount was released in the patch notes. The others (while in the DATs) probably won't be available until patch 2.51 or 2.55.

That's the only one listed in the Achievement list, but they said "New mounts have been added" plural. The others could still be available, just not listed. It's actually kind of weird, because normally even for an achievement reward you'd get an item that you use to actually get the mount, but there's no specific items listed even for Kirin.

The patch notes mentioned a "Kirin Fife", which is used to summon Kirin.

I see, I see. Although it doesn't specifically say ADS, the description on the Logistics System Identification Key makes me think that could be its summoning item: "A thin rectangular piece of some unknown material. Placing it near your reprogrammed logistics system will magically bring the machine to life."
