    well i don't know anything about tier3 support. but they already came out and checked everything in the house and up the road. he even said they would check further up the lines, and found nothing wrong. he did route tests and nothing showed anything wrong. all-in-all every time i try to get help from Time Warner they charge me 16$. so maybe next month when i can afford more tech support or whatever. i don't know what the ef they do, but they never help worth a damn. however, i will ask about that the next time paying the bill.

    and about setting up a proxy/vpn through my router or PS4... i don't know if other services out there can help me with that or not. but i know WTFast won't give me the info required to manually set up the connection through that method. i have been with other proxy/vpn services. and none of them seem to even remotely compare to WTFast.
