    You've been dealing with just Tiers 1 & 2... more localized support. You have to ask specifically to be escalated to tier3. Unfortunately, according to what some have posted here, some of the locals will resist or play dumb when you ask for it--may have to ask for a supervisor if dealing with them over the phone. Otherwise... have you tried their forums, twitter, or even email? I don't use twitter, but the email address is posted off and on at their forums:

    They may make you run through the gambit of copy/pasting signal logs and maybe running some traces and such... but it tends to work better then using the phone. IF I catch issues before they do, that's where I send all my data and they get on it. But, haven't had to do that in a while... they've been staying on top of it pretty good for the most part since we got more aggressive with it last fall when we found the CMTS was really out of whack (was only bonding half the channels it should, and the whole area was suffering from it).
