    The way it seems is that the High Level roulette is the 'main' source of dungeons, while expert is always going to be your recently established ones. It's not a terrible system to use because it allows you to selectively get used to the new dungeons by limited that roulette only to them.

    It was like this when they added it. People started cheesing it, only unlocking the less annoying ones and having a roulette with a couple dungeons and left it that way.

    I do kind of agree with the OP sentiments. It would be nice to have some more diversity with EX roulettes.

    I think it's time we start having up to 6 dungons in the EX roulette que, and then move the 3 older ones to HM roulette once 3 new dungeons are released. Would give longevity to EX roulette dungeons, as well as more variety when doing EX roulette.

    I'm starting to get tired of doing the same 3 dungeons over and over again. Having 6 would be better imo.

    It's getting silly to see how many dungeons are now a part of the 'hard mode' roulette. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if you weren't required to have ALL of them completed in order to unlock the roulette to begin with, so effectively every update they add new expert dungeons they're raising the requirements for anyone who wants to do the HM roulettes.

    At the VERY least they should make the roulette require a minimum of 3 dungeons so you can unlock it early and still get daily bonuses but only give you access to the dungeons you've played.

    As someone said, people abused that so they wouldn't play the hard dungeons, so Square changed the way roulette unlocks work to force people to actually play harder dungeons and not farm easy ones.

    I agree. They really need to weed out the high level as well. It is getting entirely to many in it. Also need to take the store mode primals out of low level roulettes and make a low level roulette trial section.

    I agree that Hard Roulette is now getting too big but I do see an upside.

    I find dropping the last 3 dungeons out of expert into hard refreshes the game a little for me, I've been playing since release and in every phase between patches you generally grind the new dungeons, by the time the next patch is released you are sick and tired of them, removing them from expert roulette and dropping them down to hard makes Expert roulette less tiresome (until those new dungeons get boring) whilst making Hard mode roulette less tiresome by adding more variety. I remember back in 2.0 that I ran Wanderer's Palace so many times (before dungeon roulette or even CT existed) I would rather never do it again, now its been so long I would happily run it instead of Snowcloak.

    Then there was the animus / Brayflox speedruns, never wanted to see that place again too. So now that I'm tired of Sastasha, Qarn and Snowcloak. I look forward to doing Wanderer's palace hard, Amdapor keep hard and keeper of the lake. For about a month, then it will be a tiresome daily repeat grind until the next patch.

    With the list looking something like this now:

    Wanderer's palace
    Amdapor Keep
    Pharos Sirius
    Copperbell
    Haukke
    Lost city of Amdapor
    Haltali
    Brayflox
    Hullbreaker isle
    Tam tara
    Stone vigil
    Snowcloak
    Sastasha
    Qarn

    Out of those 14 dungeons I reckon there might be 4 that I don't really enjoy and 3 of those are the newest 3 because I'm tired of doing them so I would rather they didn't pop up in Expert roulette, the other one being the Lost city of Amdapor because whenever asked who's doing the doors on Diabolos everyone goes quiet and I end up doing it as a MNK which is stupid.

    Low level roulette has 12 dungeons and 3 primals. (i'm not sure if cape westwind is included in low level roulette) So now they are about the same size. I wouldn't be surprised since the next patch is the expansion that they then make a "level 15-49 roulette" level 50-60 roulette" and then use hard for the previous level 60 dungeons and expert for the newest 3 again. Perhaps if they do implement that they may remove the restriction to complete everything before entering the 50-60 roulettes allowing people to exp up quicker just like the low level ones.

    I think with the level sync being put back in they should raise the rewards of high level roulette as currently I don't bother doing it as it tends to take longer than Expert for less reward. Perhaps an additional Poetic reward instead of Soldiery for first timers In those dungeons and I would happily rerun them everyday.

    High level dungeons get resetet back to around 3 ( i think) with 3.0
    What i mean is that i doubt that there would be more than 3 lv60 dungeons before 3.1 and lv50 dungeons would not be high level anymore.

    Thats... not really an upside. HM roulette rewards are HORRIBLE. You get a very weak poetry/soldiery bonus for the daily, and because of the random nature you can earn anywhere from a measly 10 soldiery for Wanderer's Palace to 50 for something like Sastasha Hard. It's really hard to justify running it even once.

    I'd be less annoyed if Expert roulette wasn't directly involved with Brangwine's stupid mysterious map daily. I'm having to run dungeons with a rubbish lvl 100 sword which are becoming increasingly difficult with each patch just to actually get Alexandrite for my lvl 110 Novus weapon. I've even given up on that much, and now just run dungeons with my WHM which has the superior gear.

    All these updates prove is that they're losing their creative focus. Instead of working on solutions, they're giving us the same stuff every update. It's become formulaic. There's some great QoL improvements which have been a long time coming, but it's sad that they pay so little heed to how new content is presented these days.

    My problem with them putting these 3 dungeons in high level rulett is that the reward for completing them will most likely be reduced to 20 poetics like the others while the 3 new harder dungeons will Get 40 poetics reward making it "harder" more anoying to cap. Stupid system if you ask me.
