Where are the Sahagins?

Are the sahagin the only beastmen mentioned in FFXIV's lore that we're missing? I assume the sahagin worship leviathan. Does anyone worship Shiva? Does shiva even exist in FFXIV?

The sylph should totally worship carbuncle.

The Sahagin worship Leviathan. Hell, we've already seen Leviathan a few times.

And I don't see why they can't add some type of Ice-type Beastman tribe that would worship Shiva like Yetis or maybe an all new type of beastman mob to the FFverse. You know, assuming that doesn't give all the traditionalists a heart attack.

I would love to see some new original beastmen though when i think of what beastmen would best fit shiva? i think of lamias they both seem to have the temptress theme going for them. Sahagin are limsa's main enemy besides the universal one(the garleans) theres no way they should be shafted all the way till the first expansion.

Something tells me that, with how far off our first expansion can be expected to be, we will see the sahagin soon enough. Most likely when the story lines progress further.

Along with the Shiva/Yeti idea, maybe throw in a Skeleton tribe that worships Odin !

why is limsa getting kobold encampments instead of sahagin ones?

Maybe the Sahagin are like the Sylphs of Gridania in that they aren't hostile.

Also, the Sahagin are mentioned briefly in some of the fishing quests, but you never see them.

I think we were gonna get other areas sooner and therefore get to sahagin sooner, but since the game was release as early and blemished as it was, that all got put on backburner.

The sahagin give people power, and in turn those people become reavers and fight our own kind, so not too friendly

Gigas have been mentioned by someone saying npc dialogue brought it up, they'd prob have shiva if in game.
That leaves Ramuh for sylph maybe?

The Sahagin are actually quite hostile to LL, from the LL storyline you learn that they attack trade ships and villages outside of LL, and even in one cutscene their ships appear and destroy a bunch of Lominsan ships with the aid of an evil elezen and some funky wierd magic effects.

I think it'd be great if Ramuh was worshipped by an Iron Giant tribe, but i do believe they are worshipped by the Sylph

I think it'd be nice to see the other eidolons/aeons/summons whatever people call them featured in the game at some point rather than the classic bunch, i would very much like to see Yojimbo/Anima/Valefor/Ixion and others feature in the game somewhere.

I would like to see Phoenix, i can see the moogles having Madeen as their primal assuming they have one.

I mentioned that it'd be cool if the sylph worshipped carbuncle, but in actuality, it's mentioned in-game that the sylph dont worship one of the eikons. The sylph are one of the few who are smart enough to understand taht the eikons arent gods but somethign else entirely. Or something to that affect anyway
