Except.... that they all are, just in varied ways. Sun Seekers can't have blue skin and the slanted pupils. Hellsguard can't have green skin and the black nose. While I've met quite a few players that simply ignore these rules for roleplaying, this visual restrictions are exactly why we have the two "tribal" options for all game's races.
While all the images we've been shown offer us a handful of skintones and scale patterns, we've only seen the two extremes on scale color; black or white.
We gotta remember we actually know NOTHING about the racial differences otherwise, like the naming conventions. Yugiri's name is vaguely Japanese sounding to follow the theme with all the Doman people, but we don't know if that's unique to her, her light scaled tribe or Au Ra in general!
Black on the male (Tribe A), gold on the male (Tribe B), blue on the female (Tribe A), gold on the female (Tribe B).
"Races are not so restricted" meaning not locked to 1 default. Sunseekers can't have blue skin but have options to their tribe. Hope I'm clear now
Yes, I know what you mean now. For some reason I assumed you meant variety in the range of what we can choose for like eye-color.
Whoops! Thanks for the correction!
