nice if you actually intend to play Triple Triad, I don't and would rather not see those drops in dungeons

I wouldn't worry, I doubt they'd replace gear or mat drops with cards...and if they do, maybe they'll be sellable

Calling it right now, they're Bind-On-Drop, and there is a 50% chance for them to drop in place of gear items from Boss chests. Along with the 25% chance for last-tier crafting mats. And 15% chance that an accessory will drop.

Unless, of course, you're actually actually interested in playing Triple Triad, in which case Murphy's Law will ensure that these percentages for you specifically are switched around so there's only a 10% chance of getting the card. 1% if you want the Foil version, .1% if you want the HQ Foil.
