If i am at 398 CP, that is what my cp should start off with but i do not believe that is what it should be capped at. Especially when i pop early ToTs that would put me over the top.

Also a side note but it would be nice if i could use ToT on an Excellent Condition, doesn't have to recover more than on a Good but it would be amazing if it could recover anything at all.
I usually just do a Basic Touch instead of a Hasty Touch if I'm getting a ton of TotT procs early on (before my MMII).
