Omega Weapon?

Just to be fair to Torquil here, "Omega" and "Omega Weapon" do not both appear in any one single game, only one or the other.

With FF10 being the exception. Ultimate Weapon was a spawn of the Omega Weapon in FF10 (both being extreemly powerful Unsent aka Feinds/Monsters)
