I find that WNII is useful if you aren't getting enough TotT procs to do a MMII x2 and still have CP for the Great Strides/BB phase. I have tried MMII and honestly if you are getting enough TotT you can run your synth on for a while, which is very nice obviously.

I'm not sure if this is even a good approach, but I've been having better success with getting IQ to about 8 stacks and then using the extra CP to wait out an Excellent + Great Strides proc. With enough CP I can have Comfort Zone up during this and usually get about 10 steps in by cycling GS+Observe/Innovation+TotT procs. I don't keep SH up to save CP. GS+Excellent+IQ 8 or more is >95% if not more. I know 11 stacks or Reclaim is kind of the accepted approach (at least from reading posts) a Good is about 75% or so. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've just found that most of my HQs have been on Excellents from runs where I had IQ at less than 10 due to unfortunate luck with Hasty Touch.

Sounds like your doing something wrong if your on 8 stacks and fishing for "Excellent" to be honest O.o
