About to start t11 myself soon, and it screams strafe at me looking at videos. Do you strafe to ensure you always auto attack? maybe it's obvious to every bard ( except me at one time zz ) but after changing to standard camera my dps has risen on movement heavy fights. You seem to be confused about your dps (?) so something like this might demystify it for you.

People talk all day about bards losing no dps when they move, but this requires them to always be facing their target when moving/dodging etc.
